Burlington

I just stopped at this store to get some dresses and separates. Got some good selection. I think I had 20-25 pieces. I get to fitting room and the woman says that it is closed! THEY CLOSE THEIR FITTING ROOM AT 8!!! Are you serious? The store closes at 10! Who does that? Which other store does that? Name one! You just lost about $300 in sales. And I know I'm not the only one who walked out and will not come back.

The manager's behavior was completely out of line. Yelling at customers and using offensive language, especially towards an elderly person, is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment. This happened July 1st at 9:15 pm

Store is extremely messy, customer service is horrendous! They all stand there , laughing and joking while customers are waiting in line. Every spray bottle I picked up , didn’t have a top to it. Worst Burlington service ever. The manager walked around, completely in her own world, chatting it up with the associates rather then helping move the line along. Would not recommend this location.

The store is large and has many employees working, but unfortunately the customer experience could be improved. The fitting rooms are frequently closed, making it difficult to try on clothes before purchasing them. In addition, clothes are placed in bags that look like trash bags, which does not create a good impression for customers. The residents of Brockton deserve more respect and better customer service. I hope management will consider these improvements to provide a more pleasant shopping experience for everyone.

Love shopping here! They always have stylish clothes at great prices, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's my go-to spot for finding trendy outfits without breaking the bank!
